We have doubled in size in the past 5 years and are looking for ambitious, positive thinking, hard-working individuals that want to grow their careers with our team of over 600 people.  The Master Pizzaiolo (District Manager) is responsible for overseeing the total operations of multiple Antonio's restaurants. This position will help oversee the family crew members and Apprentice, Junior, Senior, and Chief Pizzaiolos and ensure each shift is run effectively with optimal operational excellence.


District Manager

Responsible for leading the P&L and people development of 15+ stores throughout North East Ohio. The District Manager reports to our executive team, will have 5+ store managers reporting to them, and will be a key leader in driving the improvement and growth of our people and our processes. We are looking for a world-class people developer that drives industry leading business performance to join our amazing company.

Essential Responsibilities:

People development, driving our store level and district level metrics, strategic planning, and improving upon key operating processes

Responsible for 15+ locations and over 600 team members

Provide coaching and mentoring to teams at all levels ensuring strong bench strength in region as we grow.

Work alongside our teams in our stores to ensure business standards are working well, coaching and developing are occurring, and action plans are developed in order to grow our people and the business

Ensure top talent is identified and selected across the region and assist with the on-boarding of new management and the development of leadership skills

Plan, implement and drive operating initiatives to increase sales and profits

Lead change within the region for all aspects of the business

Essential Skills and experience:

Leadership: Provide the vision, information, tools, inspiration and accountability that enable our store operations teams to reach their full potential and deliver on their personal and professional goals.

Building and Growing Relationships: Work closely with all stores to improve upon our culture of collaboration and teamwork.

Business Acumen: Strong understanding of P & L and metrics and the ability to analyze data and turn it into actions to drive results.

Strategy and Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the guest experience and employee engagement within the stores.


Minimum of 5 years experience in retail operations, hospitality, or restaurant management (preferred)

Experience leading multi-store, multi-organization including, recruiting, people development, and P&L responsibility for 10+ locations.

Demonstrated excellent guest service skills and ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and written.

Ability to apply sound business acumen and principles; including data analysis and metrics and turn that into actions that drive outstanding results

Proven ability to select, develop, and retain top talent
