Office Manager/Executive Assistant

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Answering Phones, Directing Calls and Taking Messages
  • Receiving and directing office visitors
  • Administering Payroll
  • Bookkeeping and Filing
  • Schedules appointments; maintains and updates daily calendar
  • Data Entry
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail
  • Ability to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential information
  • Manage and Lead Various Projects as Assigned

 

Job Qualifications:

  • Paycor experience- Advance Knowledge
  • HR Experience
  • Payroll Experience
  • QuickBooks Experience
  • Microsoft Office-Advance Knowledge
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Strong Organizational Skills
